Apple and Curry Turkey Wrap

Makes 4 servings (1 wrap per serving)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • ¼ cup Granny Smith apple, diced
  • ¼ cup celery, diced
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. raisins
  • 1 tbsp. walnuts
  • 4 whole-wheat tortilla/wraps

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except the raisins and tortillas into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour the turkey mix onto the tortillas and garnish with raisins and walnuts.
  3. Wrap-up the tortilla.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
