Apple Wedge Snack

Makes 2 servings (1/2 apple serving)


One apple, paired with optional toppings:

  • Sunflower seed butter or another nut-free butter
  • Granola
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Hemp hearts
  • Ground flax seed


  1. Remove the core from the apple and slice to create thin discs or wedges.
  2. Add any combination of the topping options to the apple and eat immediately, or pack toppings in a separate container for a later snack.
