Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Makes 4 servings (¾ cup per serving)

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado, pitted and skin removed
  • ¼ cup whole dried pitted dates, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into individual serving bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Serve chilled and enjoy!
