Makes 1 Serving
- 1 egg
- 1 piece of whole wheat bread
- ½ avocado
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Crack an egg in the middle and pour in 1 Tbsp. of water.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- While your egg is cooking, place the bread into the toaster and toast.
- When it’s finished, spread ½ an avocado on the toast.
- Top with the cooked egg.
- Serve and enjoy!
