Banana Almond Roll-Up

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 inch) whole grain tortilla 
  • 2 Tbsp. natural almond butter 
  • Dash of cinnamon 
  • 1 medium banana, relatively straight 

Preparation

  1. Evenly spread 2-4 Tbsp. of almond butter (a good source of protein and vitamin E) across whole tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 
  2. Straighten banana and place towards one side of the tortilla. Roll up and set in the fridge for the next day, or eat immediately!
