Berry Yogurt Smoothie

Makes 1 serving 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup frozen berries 
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt 
  • ¾ cup milk 
  • ½ banana 

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. If too thick, add 1−3 Tbsp. of water. 
  3. Serve and enjoy!
