Berry Yogurt Smoothie

Makes 1 serving 

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups frozen berries
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk (2%)
  • ½ large banana

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If too thick, add 1−3 tbsp water until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
