- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- ½ medium onion, sliced
- ½ cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. green onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper

- Heat oil on a pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook on low until caramelized, stirring often. Remove from heat.
- In a blender, combine caramelized onions, Greek yogurt, green onion, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Serve over fish, chicken, or pork. This dip can also be used cold as a veggie dip.
