Makes 1 serving
- 1 large celery stalk, ends trimmed
- 2 tbsp almond butter or other nut butter
- 1½ tsp unsweetened shredded coconut, for garnish
- Wash celery stalk and cut into 3 pieces.
- Spread almond butter evenly in each piece and top with coconut flakes. Enjoy!
