Celery with Almond Butter

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 large celery stalk, ends trimmed
  • 2 tbsp almond butter or other nut butter 
  • 1½ tsp unsweetened shredded coconut, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Wash celery stalk and cut into 3 pieces. 
  2. Spread almond butter evenly in each piece and top with coconut flakes. Enjoy!
