Makes 4 servings (2 Tbsp. per serving)
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped oregano
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ cup minced onions
- 1 small red chili pepper, deveined and seeds removed, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a food processor. Pulse frequently to mix ingredients.
- Add oil slowly into pouring spout to mix into ingredients.
- Serve and Enjoy!
