Cottage Cheese Bowl

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese 
  • ½ avocado 
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes 
  • ½ tsp. salt 
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Preparation

  1. Slice the avocado and tomatoes into bite sizes. 
  2. Pour over top of cottage cheese. 
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  
  4. Serve and enjoy!
