Crispy Chili Chickpeas

Makes 10 servings ( 2 Tbsp. per serving)

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained, no salt added
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.
  2. Pat dry the chickpeas then toss in olive oil.
  3. Spread evenly over a baking sheet and cook until crispy (approx. 30 minutes), shaking the pan every 10 minutes.
  4. Toss in spices immediately after removing them from the oven.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
