Makes 10 servings ( 2 Tbsp. per serving)
- 1 15 oz. can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained, no salt added
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- Preheat oven to 400 °F.
- Pat dry the chickpeas then toss in olive oil.
- Spread evenly over a baking sheet and cook until crispy (approx. 30 minutes), shaking the pan every 10 minutes.
- Toss in spices immediately after removing them from the oven.
- Serve and enjoy!
