Crispy Lemon Liver

Makes 4 servings (4 oz. per serving)

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. beef liver 
  • ¼ cup flour 
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped dill 
  • ¼ tsp. salt 
  • 1 tsp. pepper 
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil 
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice 

 

 

Preparation

  1. Combine beef liver, flour, dill, pepper and salt in a bag. Seal and mix well to coat liver. Remove liver from bag and shake off excess flour. 
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add liver and cook until crispy. 
  3. Add lemon zest and juice. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
