Makes 4 servings (4 oz. per serving)
- 16 oz. beef liver
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped dill
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- Combine beef liver, flour, dill, pepper and salt in a bag. Seal and mix well to coat liver. Remove liver from bag and shake off excess flour.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add liver and cook until crispy.
- Add lemon zest and juice.
- Serve and enjoy!
