Makes 4 servings (4 oz. per serving)
- 16 oz. beef liver
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- Combine beef liver, flour, dill, salt and pepper in a bag. Seal bag and shake gently to coat liver evenly with flour. Remove liver from bag and shake off excess flour.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add liver and cook until crispy, about 3 – 4 minutes per side.
- Add lemon zest and juice.
- Serve and enjoy!
