Gingerbread Mousse

Makes 4 servings ( 1 container per serving)

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. allspice

Preparation

  1. Put coconut cream into the fridge the night before preparation.
  2. Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with an electric egg beater on high.
  3. Pour into 4 containers and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Top with vanilla Greek yogurt, or a ginger cookie.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
