Green Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup kale 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1 pear, seeds removed 
  • 1 Tbsp. natural nut butter 
  • ½ banana

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth.  
  3. Serve and enjoy!
