Ingredients

  • ¾ cup chopped kale
  • 1 cup milk (1%)
  • 1 medium ripe pear, chopped
  • 1 tbsp natural nut butter
  • ½ cup sliced banana

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
