Makes 4 servings (1 cup per serving)
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 4 cups broccolini
- 4 tsp butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Dash of salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place garlic with a drop of olive oil into tightly wrapped tin foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Steam broccolini until tender-crisp, about 3 – 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Heat butter in a frypan over medium heat. Add broccolini, roasted garlic, lemon juice, zest and salt. Cook for about 3 – 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
