Makes 4 servings (1 cup per serving)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 cups broccolini
- 4 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- Dash of salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place garlic with a drop of olive oil into tightly wrapped tin foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Steam the broccolini until almost fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add broccolini, roasted garlic, lemon juice, zest and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
