Lemon Garlic Hummus

Makes 6 servings (1/2 cup per serving)

Ingredients

  • 1 can (540 mL) chickpeas, drained and rinsed 
  • 1 clove garlic  
  • 2 tbsp tahini 
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp water 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp pepper 
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. 
  2. Serve with crackers or veggies and enjoy!
