Mixed Green Salad with Dill Dressing

Makes 4 servings (2 cups per serving)

Ingredients

Dill Dressing: 

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt 
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped 
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil 
  • 1 Tbsp. milk 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 1 tsp. pepper 

Salad:

  • 8 cups green salad mix 
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled 
  • 4 Tbsp. slivered almonds 

Preparation

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, dill, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, milk, pepper, and salt in a bowl and mix well to make the dill dressing. Toss lettuce mix in dressing. 
  2. Top with hard-boiled egg and slivered almonds. 
  3. Serve and enjoy!
