Ingredients

  • ½ cup flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup kale, chopped and center ribs removed
  • 1 cup soymilk
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
