- ½ grapefruit, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 cup strawberries, stemmed and halved
- ½ apple, diced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Purée until smooth.
- Add water to adjust consistency as needed.
