Szechwan Snap Peas
Makes 4 servings (1 cup per serving)
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 4 cups snap peas
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. ginger, minced
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. red chili flakes (optional)
Preparation
- Heat oil in a large fry pan.
- Add peas, garlic and ginger, sauté on medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until sauce has thickened.
- Serve and enjoy!
