Szechwan Snap Peas

Makes 4 servings (1 cup per serving)

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 4 cups snap peas
  • 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. red chili flakes (optional)

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a large fry pan.
  2. Add peas, garlic and ginger, sauté on medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until sauce has thickened.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
