Vanilla Chia Pudding

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Toppings: chopped dates, chopped nuts, fresh or frozen fruit

Preparation

  1. Combine almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla and honey in a jar and mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours.
  3. Stir, then cover and refrigerate for an additional 3 – 4 hours.
  4. Add desired toppings.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
