My Viva Plan is not available in the App Store or Google Play Store. However, it is mobile responsive and functions like an app. To use My Viva Plan like an app, you will need to add it to the  home screen on your phone or tablet.

Vivapedia is a nutrition encyclopedia offering extensive information on the nutrition benefits of various foods, vitamins and nutrients.
If you are pregnant or nursing, one of our registered dietitians will connect with you to ensure that your plan is set-up to meet the nutritional requirements you need during this stage of your life.
The best part about My Viva Plan is that it is completely individualized. If you are an athlete that has a rigorous training schedule (< 5-7 workouts per week), we do recommend that you purchase an additional coaching session with one of our Registered Dietitians to ensure that your settings will support your activities.
My Viva Plan provides a lacto-ovo vegetarian meal plan, meaning the protein choices will come from dairy products and eggs. We also have a vegan option.
Yes, My Viva Plan creates custom meals plans for each individual user. We have accounted for the six most common styles of eating/allergies and intolerances: vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, lactose intolerance, as well as egg and nut allergies. You can select these options while setting up your account.

My Fitness 6 Resources

While it doesn’t directly sync, you can manually enter some of the information from your activity tracker in the reflections section to keep track of it.
If you repeat certain exercises, activities or classes either daily or weekly you can set up a fitness schedule to repeat these events under My Fitness.
We recommend starting small with a focus on making it a routine at the beginning. Once you get comfortable and your confidence increases, you can gradually add on time, change the exercise or change the frequency. While we do show you a calorie level in your nutrition settings, we recommend focusing on food choices and serving sizes.
