Overnight Nut Butter and Banana Oats

Makes 1 serving 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats 
  • 1 tsp. flaxseed 
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds 
  • ½ cup milk 
  • ½ banana 
  • 2 Tbsp. natural nut butter 
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, milk and nut butter in a bowl and mix well. 
  2. Pour into a mason jar, tighten the lid and allow to rest for at least 6 hours. 
  3. After the 6 hours, slice the banana and stir in the mason jar.  
  4. Serve and enjoy!
