Makes 1 serving
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp. flaxseed
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- ½ cup milk
- ½ banana
- 2 Tbsp. natural nut butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Combine oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, milk and nut butter in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour into a mason jar, tighten the lid and allow to rest for at least 6 hours.
- After the 6 hours, slice the banana and stir in the mason jar.
- Serve and enjoy!
