Overnight Nut Butter and Banana Oats
Makes 1 serving
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ cup milk (2%)
- ½ medium banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp natural nut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Combine oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, milk and nut butter in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Transfer oat mixture to a mason jar, tighten the lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Remove lid and stir oat mixture. Top with sliced banana.
- Serve and enjoy!
