Scrambled Garlic Eggs with Basil and Tomato
Makes 1 serving
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk (1%)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ½ cup diced seeded tomato
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
- 1 tsp canola oil
- In a small bowl whisk together eggs and milk. Add garlic, tomato and chopped basil leaves.
- Heat oil in a medium fry pan over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, just until set.
- Serve and enjoy!
