Scrambled Garlic Eggs with Basil and Tomato

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 Tbsp. milk of your choice 
  • 1 garlic clove, minced 
  • 1 medium tomato, seeds scooped out, diced 
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves, chopped

Preparation

  1. Whisk together eggs with milk. Add garlic, tomato and chopped basil leaves.  
  2. Scramble ingredients in an oiled pan over medium heat until set. Serve and enjoy!
